The Passenger Hanger Tag Re-locators will allow you to remove your fender and relocate your license plate to the side of your bike on your exhaust hanger bracket. These will work on applications that have removed the stock exhaust and have the open exhaust-retaining hole. This kit includes the bracket and plate to hold the license plate. The plate is rotate able every 90 Degrees to allow you to change the placement of the license plate from vertical and horizontal either in or out and adjustable up and down in either position Check your Local Government for the license plate mounting and illumination laws
